Whether you are matching a flavor or a fragrance, we match to your satisfaction and to your budget.  Matching a flavor or a fragrance is very challenging as several hundred chemicals will be identified on the mass spec analysis and only an experienced flavor expert knows which components are relevant to the flavor or fragrance.  These components must be put into a formulation and analyzed again on the mass spec to adjust quantitation.  The amounts must be adjusted several times.  Your match will be sent to you for your approval.  Adjustments can be made until you are satisfied with the match.  Only commercial flavor and fragrance chemicals are used so you can replicate the match at your facility.  Our support is available throughout the process into manufacturing.

If you desire to design your own unique flavor and desire to control its cost of manufacture, you have come to the right place. We make flavors for all products, liquid and powdered, water or oil soluble. We do not manufacture flavors. We allow you to have your flavors custom manufactured at a facility of your choice.

Flavor, Fragrance, Essential Oil, and Volatiles in Products GC/MS Analysis

We use state of the art instrumentation and multiple chemical libraries using proprietary extraction methods and instrumental methods to identify components in flavors, fragrances, essential oils, and volatiles in flavor and /or fragrance products.  This service allows clients to compound their own flavors and fragrances including those in products already on the market.  This service also allows clients to verify authenticity of natural flavors and essential oils.

Flavor and Fragrance Quality Assurance Analyses

We will compare one lot of flavor, fragrance, essential oil or botanical extract to another to assist with maintaining consistency from lot to lot or to determine shelf life.

We also can determine flavor and/or fragrance purity using GC/MS analysis.

We can search for contaminants as well.
